Here's what to say about shipping...

In Austria and Germany, shipping is free from an order value of 45 EUR. 8 EUR shipping costs are added if you order under 45 EUR.

For all other EU countries, shipping is free from an order value of 160 EUR. Shipping costs apply if you order under 160 EUR - see check-out process for details.

Shipping to Liechtenstein costs EUR 10 for orders over EUR 160. 20 EUR shipping costs are added if you order under 160 EUR.

If we send your package to a country outside the European Union, we charge 30 EUR shipping costs for an order value of 160 EUR. 35 EUR shipping costs apply if you order under 160 EUR.
Expressversand
 If you need it super fast, you can also select express delivery at check-out for an additional charge.
shipment tracking
As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking number and you can check where your MADAME KUKLA order is at any time. Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations is not possible. Please note that for orders outside Austria, tracking when shipping with Post AT only works up to the Austrian border. When crossing borders in non-EU countries, additional duties such as customs duties, taxes, etc. may apply.
